Descendants of Sir Hugo Page (born 1245), who lived in Ebor, Yorkshire, England, in 1257; and later in or near London, England. His great grandson, John Page, of Wembley, Middlesex, received a large amont of land from King Henry VIII in 1536. He died in 1543 and his estate was divied between his two sons. Lines of descendant traced, immigrated to Massachusetts or Virginia, in the 1600s. Descendants listed lived in Massachusetts, Virginia, New Hampshire, Vermont, Illinois, Maine, New York, and elsewhere
Considered as a portion of what the author intended as a continuation of his book "History and genealogy of the Page family from the year 1257 to the present."
Each chart includes "references and authorities cited."
This chart no. 2 begins with John Page (1585-1676) of England, who married Phoebe Payne in 1620, and emigrated to America in 1630, settling in Watertown, Massachusetts
